Organiser's Description
This race takes place in beautiful Silver Lake Michigan. The majority of the race takes place on a wooded seasonal road not far from the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. This race is part of the Apple BBQ festival. Enjoy a nice morning run/walk and then take advantage of food, music, car show and vendors all afternoon. Race day registration will be available on the morning of the race from 8:00-8:45am at Mac Wood's Dune Rides. All participants registered by August 31 will be guaranteed an official race t-shirt.

This will be a non-timed race. Awards will be given to overall male and female winners along with random drawings for 16 lucky runners. This has been a timed race in the past, but this is a fundraiser for a volleyball team and we do not have the resources to keep track of age group/gender results in an efficient way. Come out and enjoy a beautiful run/walk on a scenic trail through the woods. Thank you in advance for your support.
