Join us again for our Aspire Fun Run in support of Aspire Indiana Health's InSHAPE program, our fitness and nutrition program designed for individuals experiencing serious mental illness! Enjoy the 5k or 1 mile course through the beautiful historic grounds of Conner Prairie in Fishers, Indiana! Come enjoy this family friendly, _SUPERHERO _themed event at Conner Prairie, Saturday September 27, 2025! Grab your super suits and capes and we will see you there! _KIDS AGED 5 _and under are Free and encouraged to dress up as their favorite superheroes !!
_THE REGISTRATION FEE ALLOWS YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 5K AND 1 MILE ROUTE IF YOU SO CHOOSE AS EACH EVENT IS STARTING AT DIFFERENT TIMES. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN ONE EVENT AS WELL AND ENJOY ALL THE FESTIVITIES. _

InSHAPE is a fitness program designed for individuals living with a serious mental illness. The goal of this evidence-based program is to improve health, wellbeing, and longevity, prioritizing 6 essential elements; wellness focused, participant-driven, multidisciplinary, individualized, health mentors, and community involvement. The InSHAPE certified personal trainer uses education, exercise, fitness, nutrition, and community engagement to help individuals address issues such as losing weight, improving cognitive functions, decreasing depression and anxiety, improving self esteem, and decreasing social isolation.
