THE UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SPORT SCIENCE ANNUAL THOMAS J. FRERICK'S 5K EVENT IS SET FOR 2025! ONCE AGAIN, WE WILL OFFER BOTH AN IN-PERSON AND A VIRTUAL 5K OPTION. THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON UD'S CAMPUS OVER FAMILY WEEKEND ON SATURDAY, SEPT. 27TH. THE RACE WILL BEGIN IN FRONT OF THE RECPLEX AT 10:00AM. PROCEEDS OF THE THOMAS J. FRERICKS 5K WILL BENEFIT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SPORT SCIENCE AND PHI EPSILON KAPPA.
THE COST FOR THE IN-PERSON 5K EVENT IS $30 AND REGISTRATION FOR THE VIRTUAL 5K IS FREE WITH DONATIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED! THE IN-PERSON EVENT INCLUDES A T-SHIRT IF REGISTERED BY SEPT 1.
