Join us for the 8th annual Franconia Notch Half Marathon on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in the stunning backdrop of Franconia, Grafton. This picturesque event features a beautiful rolling out-and-back course along the iconic paved Franconia Notch recreational path. Runners will enjoy breathtaking views alongside Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and the Pemigewasset River, all while soaking in the vibrant autumn foliage that New England is famous for.
The festivities kick off with registration and race packet pickup on Friday, October 23, from 4 PM to 6 PM at Cannon Mountain’s Peabody Lodge. On race day, registration opens at 7 AM, leading to the exhilarating race start at 9 AM. Every participant will receive a finisher medal, and there are exciting awards for the top overall male and female finishers as well as age group winners. Plus, your participation supports Adaptive Sports Partners, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through sports and recreation. Organiser's Description
Be a part of the 8th annual, gorgeous, rolling out and back run on the iconic (paved) Franconia Notch recreational path. Running alongside Echo Lake, the former Old Man viewing sight, Cannon Mountain, Profile Lake, Boise Rock, Lafayette Campground, the Basin, the Flume, and the Pemigewasset River, this half marathon provides spectacular views of The Notch from start to finish. Take in autumn's remaining days of beauty that only New England's foliage season has to offer. All proceeds from this run benefit ASP, The North Country and The NEKs local adaptive sports organization.
