Join us for the inaugural Awareness for Dementia 3K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the beautiful Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in Louisville, Jefferson. This uplifting event aims to raise awareness about dementia and support caregivers through advocacy, education, and community engagement. Participants will have the opportunity to run or walk 8 laps around the Humana Outdoor Track, totaling 3 kilometers (3200 meters), while contributing to a noble cause.
Whether you complete all 8 laps or just a few, everyone is welcome to be part of this meaningful experience. Each participant will receive a commemorative race shirt, and after the run/walk, stick around for our Community Fair featuring various vendor booths. This is a fantastic chance to connect with families, caregivers, and supporters, all while championing a cause that touches many lives. Don’t miss out on this inspiring day dedicated to raising awareness and building a compassionate network of care!

Please support the mission of the Alma Roberta Elliott Awareness for Dementia Foundation [https://awarenessfordementia.org/] to raise awareness about dementia and empower caregivers through advocacy, education, and compassionate community support.
Our goal for the inaugural Awareness for Dementia 3K Run/Walk is to bring families, caregivers, partners, and supporters together to raise awareness, honor lived experiences, and build a compassionate network of care.
