This year, the Awesome 3000 is excited to be back at Willamette University’s beautiful Bush Pasture Park. Join us in making a difference, as United Way will distribute nearly $40,000 in grants to benefit our local children. Don't forget to pick up your race packet on May 14th and 15th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM—please note that packets will not be available on race day. Mark your calendars and lace up your running shoes for a fantastic event dedicated to community spirit and youth empowerment!
Organiser's Description
SINCE 1983, YOUTH FROM SALEM-KEIZER AND SURROUNDING AREAS HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THIS FUN RUN EVENT THAT BENEFITS SALEM-KEIZER SCHOOLS.
IN 2024-2025, UNITED WAY WILL DISTRIBUTE NEARLY $40,000 IN GRANTS THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT TO BENEFIT OUR CHILDREN. WE ARE EXCITED TO SEE YOU AGAIN!
THE AWESOME 3000 WILL BE HELD AT WILLAMETTE UNIVERSITY, MCCULLOCH STADIUM AT BUSH PASTURE PARK ON SATURDAY, MAY 16, 2026
