This unique charity stair climb invites participants to scale the iconic Space Needle, ascending 832 steps through two open-air staircases while enjoying breathtaking views of downtown Seattle, Mt. Adult climbers can register for just $76 before June 1, while youth participants aged 8-17 can join for $55. Both categories require a minimum fundraising commitment to support vital cancer research initiatives at Fred Hutch and the Space Needle Foundation, which have collectively raised over $4 million to date. All climbers will receive a commemorative t-shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the Space Needle’s renowned indoor and outdoor observation decks, including the world’s only revolving glass floor. Scale the Space Needles two open-air staircases, taking in incredible views of downtown Seattle, Mt. Rainier, and the beauty of Puget Sound as you ascend 832 steps to the top of Seattles most iconic landmark! All donations raised for this charity stairclimb go to Fred Hutch and the Space Needle Foundation. To date, Base 2 Space has raised over $4 million for lifesaving cancer research.

Elites must be able to run a 5-6 minute mile. You will choose your wave start time on the next page. -

OPENS MAY 25Each youth climber will receive a limited edition Base 2 Space T-shirt and is required to raise a minimum of $100 through their personal fundraising page to participate in the stair climb. Climbers 10 years and younger are required to climb with a guardian. You will choose your wave start time on the next page.
