The Batesville Day 10K Race began in 1979 and winds through beautiful Virginia hills and orchards on paved roads. Awards are given to the top finishers. All runners receive a 2025 Batesville Day T-shirt.

The course was very slightly changed in 2023. The race will now begin from Page's Field in the heart of Batesville.
