Not ready for a marathon, but you want to start your journey - run our very popular half marathon, or run with a friend in our half marathon relay.
The Baystate Marathon Weekend is presented and supported by the Greater Lowell Road Runners.

Full Course Preview

Members of the Greater Lowell Road Runners familiar with the course will be available to guide runners at various paces for both full and half marathon. The half marathon course preview run will be about 6.6 miles (single loop) and the full marathon run will be approximately 16 miles (single loop over the Tyngsboro bridge). You must be a registered runner to join this training run. We provide portable restrooms, on course water and GU to support your run. This has proven to be a fun and inspiring way to spend a long run during your training cycle, so please join us! -
