Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Sudbury Road Race on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in the charming town of Sudbury, Middlesex! This exciting event features both a 5K race and a 1-mile fun run, making it perfect for runners of all ages and experience levels. The races will kick off at the Ephraim Curtis Middle School, with check-in and bib pick-up starting at 9:00 AM. The fun run begins at 10:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 10:30 AM.
This year’s race serves as a fundraiser for the Sudbury Historical Society and its newly established Sudbury History Center and Museum. Participants not only get to enjoy a vibrant community event but also support the preservation of Sudbury's rich history! Early-bird registration is available from September 8 through October 15, 2025, with special pricing for both the fun run and the 5K. Plus, the first 75 registrants will receive a free Sudbury Road Race t-shirt! Everyone will leave with a sticker commemorating their run, and medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in both the men’s and women

Organiser's Description
The SUDBURY ROAD RACE includes a 5K race and a 1-mile fun run (all ages welcome). Both races start and finish at the Ephraim Curtis Middle School (22 Pratts Mill Road, Sudbury, MA 01776). Check-in and bib pick-up begins at 9:00am. The fun run starts at 10:00am and then the 5K at 10:30am.
This event is a FUNDRAISER FOR THE SUDBURY HISTORICAL SOCIETY (SHS) AND ITS SUDBURY HISTORY CENTER AND MUSEUM. The SHS completed its ambitious project of opening a museum in Sudbury in July of 2021. The creation of the Sudbury History Center and Museum in the town-owned Loring Parsonagedating from the early eighteenth-centuryin Town Center has been a huge feat. The project revitalized an historic town asset, allowed the SHS to preserve and exhibit its important collections, accommodated our growing membership and volunteer base, facilitated scholarly and genealogical research, and provided a fully accessible historical resource for all residents and tourists.
As a 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, the SHS relies on an active membership and generous donors to continue to do great things in Sudbury such as preserving the history of Sudbury, displaying exhibits within our museum, and hosting fun community events such as this Road Race.
