Participants can choose from the male Draft-Legal Sprint, which includes a 750m swim, 20k bike, and 5k run, or the female Classic Sprint, a non-draft legal race with the same distances. For those who enjoy teamwork, the male Classic Relay invites teams of three to tackle one leg each, while the Mixed Team Relay offers a fun challenge for teams of four racing a super sprint triathlon consisting of a 250m swim, 5k bike, and 1k run.
