Beat Bama Run Fest 5K and 1 Mile

The Beat Bama Run Fest is a COLOR RUN on November 3, 2024 benefiting the Food Bank of East Alabama. Participants have the opportunity to take part in either a 5K race (4:00 PM) or a one-mile fun run (3:30 PM), making it accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable goods to donate to the Food Bank of East Alabama. The food bank has specified critical items that are needed, including proteins, canned meat, canned fish (such as tuna or salmon), canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned soup, dry pasta, breakfast items (including cereal), 100% fruit juice, and paper and personal products like toothpaste, soap, and toilet paper. All participants will receive a white t-shirt for the 5K Color Run!
