Join us for the exciting Beau Bear 5K and 1K Fun Run on Saturday, April 5, 2025, in the charming town of Granbury, Hood! This uplifting event invites runners of all ages and fitness levels to participate in a morning filled with fun, community spirit, and a meaningful cause. The day kicks off bright and early at 7:30 AM with packet pickup and same-day registration. The 5K race starts at 8:30 AM, followed by the 1K Fun Run at 8:35 AM. All proceeds from this event benefit the Beau Bear Organization, a non-profit dedicated to supporting families who have experienced the heart-wrenching loss of a child.
Participants will not only enjoy a rewarding race experience but can also look forward to a post-race awards ceremony at 9:30 AM, where trophies will be awarded for top finishers in various categories. Don’t forget, the first 200 racers who register by March 17th will receive a special race t-shirt! Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, the Beau Bear 5K and 1K Fun Run promises to be a memorable day of camaraderie, support, and celebration.

8:30 AM 5k begins

All proceeds benefit Beau Bear Organization. The mission of Beau Bear Organization is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reach and bless families after the tragic and sudden loss of a child. Founded by a family that has walked through their own loss, the foundation was born out of compassion and the conviction to help others that are dealing with emotional trauma. The Beau Bear Organization provides financial aid, household essentials, and additional emotional support and resources.
Runners will arrive at the finish line in time to grab breakfast and coffee and enjoy some entertainment!
Race t-shirts guaranteed to racers registered by March 17th, 2025.
