Get ready for a spooktacular day of fun and fitness at the fifth annual Belfast Lions Club Ghostly Gallop 5K on Saturday, October 25, 2025! This Halloween-themed race promises an exciting atmosphere as participants are encouraged to don their favorite costumes, making it a festive celebration for runners and walkers alike.
The Ghostly Gallop kicks off at 8:30 AM, starting and finishing at the Belfast Area High School. Registration opens at 7:45 AM in the lower parking lot, where participants will receive a stylish t-shirt upon check-in. As you race through the charming streets of downtown Belfast, you'll have the chance to compete for prizes, including overall male and female awards, as well as top finishers in each age group. Join us for a day filled with community spirit, friendly competition, and plenty of Halloween cheer!

Organiser's Description
Please join us on Saturday October 25, 2025 for our fifth annual Ghostly Gallop 5k! Our 5k is Halloween themed and we encourage runners and walkers to come in costume! We know you want to wear that Halloween costume more than once! Each runner will receive a t-shirt at check in and there will be a overall female and male runner, plus each age group top finisher male and female.
Our 5k will start and end at Belfast Area High School at 8:30am. Registration will begin at 7:45am. Please meet at the lower parking lot of the high school as the race will start and finish there. The race will weave through downtown Belfast and come back to the high school to finish.
