Its not just about running, biking, or swimming (though those are included) youll also get credit for activities like rock climbing, ball and racket sports, strength training, hiking, and even everyday efforts like housework and yard work. The goal is to recognize all the ways you stay active, whether indoors, outdoors, at the gym, or at home.
