Join the excitement at the inaugural Bob's House of Hope Annual Activity Challenge, taking place from Sunday, October 5th to Saturday, October 11th, 2025, in Argyle, Denton, Texas! This week-long virtual activity challenge invites participants from the Greater DFW area and beyond to come together for a noble cause, aiming to collectively log an impressive 10,000 miles. Whether you prefer walking, running, cycling, or engaging in your favorite physical activities, every mile you track contributes to raising awareness about human trafficking, a pressing issue affecting North Texas.

Not only will you be part of a powerful movement, but you'll also be supporting Bob's House of Hope, the first safe house in the U.S. dedicated to male survivors of human trafficking. Funds raised throughout the week will go directly to this vital nonprofit, aiding in the recovery and restoration of those in need. Let's unite for fitness, fellowship, and a meaningful missionβ€”together, we can make a significant impact!

Organiser's Description

Hey everyone! Please join the surrounding F3 regions of the Greater DFW area in Texas for our first-ever week-long virtual activity challenge! We're aiming to log a whopping 10,000 miles together as a group... It's all for a great causeraising awareness about the serious issue of human trafficking right here in North Texas.

Throughout the week of October 6-12, all participants will track their own miles wherever you want to log them. Whether you're walking, running, cycling, or doing your favorite activity, every mile counts towards our goal!

Not only are we spreading awareness, but we're also fundraising for BOB'S HOUSE OF HOPE [https://ranchhandsrescue.org/bobs-house-of-hope/], a nonprofit in North Texas that supports male survivors of human trafficking. The money raised will directly help in their recovery and restoration. Let's make a difference together!

ABOUT BOB'S HOUSE OF HOPE - https://ranchhandsrescue.org/bobs-house-of-hope/

Bobs House of Hope is the first safe house in the country for male survivors, 18 and up, of commercial sexual exploitation, also known as human trafficking or sex trafficking. We are the only residential facility to include Ranch Hands Rescues innovative Equine and Animal Assisted Counseling intervention.

Founded in 2021, Bobs House of Hope, a program of Ranch Hands Rescue, operates as a comprehensive residential program and safe house for young adult male-identifying survivors of sex trafficking. Ranch Hands Rescue also prevents sex trafficking of males by providing trauma resolution to boys who have been sexually abused.

ABOUT F3 NATION - https://f3nation.com/

F3 IS A NATIONAL NETWORK OF FREE, PEER-LED WORKOUTS FOR MEN. OUR MISSION IS TO PLANT, GROW AND SERVE SMALL WORKOUT GROUPS FOR MEN FOR THE INVIGORATION OF MALE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states, on 5 continents, with more than 4,205 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group.

The three Fs in our name stand for FITNESS, FELLOWSHIP AND FAITH the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

OUR WORKOUTS
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the Q in F3 lingo) does.

THE F3 CREDO IS: LEAVE NO MAN BEHIND, BUT LEAVE NO MAN WHERE YOU FIND HIM.

Join F3 Greater DFW for our 1st annual, week-long virtual activity challenge, benefiting Bob's House of Hope. This year, we will attempt to log more than 10,000 miles of activity as a group. As sex trafficking is a huge issue all around the world, we have decided to step up and push back the darkness! All participants will track and report their mileage throughout the week, using a GPS tracking app/device (Apple Watch, Samsung Watch, Strava, MapMyRun, etc). Together, we will log more than 10,000 combined miles of running, walking, cycling, swimming, rucking, bear-crawling or whatever your favorite activity is!
