Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to enjoy some fresh air, everyone is welcome to participate in this community-driven fitness initiative.
Participants can choose their own plogging route throughout the lovely Treasure Valley, including options like the Foothills, Meridian, or the Greenbelt. While there’s no strict time requirement, plogging for at least 30 minutes is encouraged to make a meaningful difference. Participants can pick up their plogging supplies and exclusive Boise Nice swag on April 16th and 17th at Zamzow's State Street location from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Plus, there are exciting prizes for creative team names, the most unique piece of litter found, and the most litter picked up! Get ready to enjoy nature, exercise, and contribute to a healthier planet at Boise Plogs 2025! Happy plogging

PLOGGING IS A COMBINATION OF _RUNNING OR WALKING_ AND PICKING UP TRASH YOU SEE ON YOUR ROUTE. IT IS AN UP-AND-COMING FITNESS TREND THAT BRINGS VARIETY TO YOUR WORKOUTS WHILE HELPING TO KEEP THE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN AND HEALTHY. BOISE PLOGS IS A FITNESS INITIATIVE FOR BOTH THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE PLANET! ANYONE CAN REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT, NO MATTER YOUR ABILITY, AND PLOGGING MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED.
