Join us as we kick off the new year with purpose, gratitude, and movement at KAINALU ELEMENTARY SCHOOLthe starting point for our 1-mile walk or 5K run through beautiful Kailua. Parking will be available on the schools back field off Kainalu Dr.
As many of you know, Britts life was forever changed on January 4, 2022, when she was hit head-on by a drunk driver. Her injuries were severe: multiple broken bones, abdominal trauma, a TBI, mini strokes, and a five-day coma. Since then, she has endured ten surgeries, including hardware repairs to both femurs here in Oahu, and relearning how to walk.
But Britt has always loved runningand her determination to run again is stronger than ever and she is choosing to use movement as a way to honor her body, her progress, and the miracles shes witnessed along the way.

165 KAIHOLU ST. KAILUA, HI 96734
CHECK IN
7:30am
Race will start promptly at 8:00am
1 mile: 4 Laps around the back field at Kainalu Elementary
5K run: Start at Kainalu Elementary out the back gate on Kainalu Dr. Run around the front of the school back towards Kainalu Dr. Then head south east on Kainalu Dr. to Kuulei Rd. which will be the turn around point, and run back to Kainalu Elementary school.
