The day kicks off at 9:00 AM with check-in, activities, and warm-ups, followed by the race heats starting at 10:00 AM. We encourage all participants to arrive by 9:30 AM to ensure a smooth and exciting start. This is a fun run, so costumes are welcome and encouraged—just remember, no capes! Join us for a memorable day filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the joy of running!

CHILDREN, AGED 4-13, ARE WELCOME TO RUN ANY OF OUR FUN, FLAT COURSES WHICH RANGE FROM 1/4 MILE UP TO A FULL MILE.

REGISTRATION OPENS ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 AT 10:00AM AND WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL THE RACE CAP IS MET.
*
THE CAP FOR THE BOOLERMAKER IS A TOTAL OF 500 CHILDREN.
* The races will be held in Utica's FT Proctor Park (use 1938 Rutger Street, Utica, NY as guide in navigation apps).
* Registration is only $10 and every registered runner receives an awesome finisher medal, and a goody bag! Those who register by Midnight on Sunday, October 11, 2026 also receive a Boolermaker T-shirt,
* Schedule:
* 9:00am -> Check-in, activities & warm up
* 10:00am -> Race heats & distances begin
* We ask that ALL participants are at the park no later than 9:30am to ensure a smooth start to each event.
NOTE: THIS IS A FUN RUN FOR KIDS. COSTUMES ARE ALLOWED & ENCOURAGED, BUT NOT REQUIRED. NO CAPES, PLEASE!
