Each lap begins with a 12-ounce beer, and participants will be fueled by the refreshing Genesee Cream Ale throughout the race.
With a limit of just 90 participants, the event will be divided into three exciting heats at 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 11:00 AM, so be sure to select your preferred time slot during registration. This event is open to all beer enthusiasts aged 21 and older, and verification will be required at the event. THE BEER MILE IS A 1-MILE DRINKING EVENT COMBINING RUNNING AND SPEED DRINKING. THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON A 1/4-MILE COURSE IN THE PARKING LOTS AND STREETS SURROUNDING BOTTLE ROCKET BEER RESERVE. IT BEGINS WITH THE CONSUMPTION OF A 12-US-FLUID-OUNCE BEER, FOLLOWED BY A FULL LAP OF THE COURSE. REPEAT FOR A TOTAL OF 4 LAPS.
THE EVENT IS LIMITED TO A TOTAL OF 90 PARTICIPANTS. THERE WILL BE 3 HEATS OF 30 EACH @ 10:00AM, 10:30AM AND 11:00AM. SELECT YOUR TIME SLOT DURING REGISTRATION.
