We are BACK to the flat, _fast_, streets of North Kansas City on June 6, 2026 for Brandon Russell's 10th Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash!
All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal!
_You must register by Sunday, May 23rd to GUARANTEE a shirt and your preferred shirt size. _
_We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 23rd but we cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut._
