Join us for the Brayden's Benefit 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the picturesque town of Wellsboro, Tioga. This exciting event features a 3.1-mile course that winds through the scenic trails of Stony Fork Campground, offering a delightful mix of grass, gravel, and dirt paths, complete with two fun creek crossings where you might just get your feet wet!
Participating in this run/walk not only promises a fantastic day of physical activity and camaraderie but also supports a great cause. All proceeds will be donated to the Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society in memory of Brayden Blackwell. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome, with medals awarded to the overall top male and female finishers, as well as to the top three in each age category ranging from 12 & Under to 80+. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy refreshments before the award ceremony at 11:00 am, and be part of an uplifting community event that makes a difference!

Organiser's Description
A 3.1 mile course, that starts and ends at the Stony Fork Campground. Consists of grass, gravel, dirt trails and 2 creek crossings so expect to get your feet wet! Money raised will be donated to the Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society in honor of Brayden Blackwell. Medals to be awarded to overall male and female finishers. Along with medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in each age category. Individual categories are 12 & Under, 13-17, 18-22, 23-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. Refreshments available prior to award ceremony at 11:00 am.
