Event summary
Participants in the triathlon will tackle a 400-meter pool swim, followed by a fast and flat 14.5-mile bike ride on three loops, and finish with a scenic 5K run around the park. For those looking for a team experience, a triathlon relay is also available! The duathlon features a 1-mile run, a 14.5-mile bike ride, and concludes with a 5K run, while the aquabike and aquathlon offer streamlined options for swimming and biking or running. Youth athletes can join the fun with a Super Sprint Youth Triathlon, which includes a 200-meter pool swim, a 5-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run.
