Get ready for the 4th Annual Broome County Parks 5K Series, taking place every Thursday from July 10 to August 21, 2025, in the scenic town of Binghamton, Broome County! This fantastic event invites runners of all abilities to explore the beautiful Broome County Parks while enjoying a fun and invigorating atmosphere. With four exciting races spread across stunning locations—including Greenwood Park, Dorchester Park, Nathaniel Cole Park, and Otsiningo Park—participants can choose to tackle the entire series or join for individual races.
Each race kicks off at 6:30 p.m., with packet pickup starting at 5:30 p.m. Don't forget, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Accessible Children's Playground Fund, making your participation even more meaningful. Plus, all participants who register for all four races will receive a commemorative t-shirt! Whether you're racing with friends, family, or solo, come out and experience the joy of running in the great outdoors while supporting a worthy cause. Lace up your shoes and join the fun!

The 5K Series is a great way to get out and explore the Broome County Parks!
Join us for the 4th Annual Broome County Parks 5K Series on Thursdays, starting July 10 through August 21, 2024. Participants of all abilities are welcome and encouraged! Bring your family, friends, or just yourself, and let's get outside!
Portion of the proceeds benefit Broome County Parks Accessible Children's Playground Fund.
T-Shirt is included when you register for all four races. Registration for individual races is also available onsite at each race at the registration table, as well as the t-shirts to purchase for $10. There will be no refunds available for this series.
Registrations will be accepted the day of each race. CASH ONLY!
ALL RACES START AT 6:30 P.M.
PACKET PICK UP
Packets are available for pickup at each race location the day of race. Packet pick up will begin at 5:30pm and end at 6:30pm. If you are participating in all four races then you can pickup your packet at the first race or any race day after that.

* August 21: Otsiningo Park
Otsiningo Park and Dorchester Park course is paved; Greenwood Park and Nathaniel Cole Park course is on dirt trails. These are not certified courses except Otsiningo Park. For those who registered for all four races an email with information regarding the race series and course maps will be sent out on July 9th. For those registered for individual races an email will be sent on Monday the week of their registered race.
