Participants can choose to scale back on the repeats if 5 miles feels like too much, ensuring everyone can join in on the fun without feeling left behind. Gather at 6 PM at the Newtown Middle School, located at 116 Richboro Newtown Rd, where camaraderie and motivation await! THE WORKOUTS ARE A HILL OR SET OF HILLS (HARD UP, EASY DOWN) FOR A TOTAL OF 3 MILES, AND AN EASY COOL-DOWN MILE. WE RUN TO THE HILL TOGETHER, WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO FINISH THE WORKOUT, AND RUN OUT TOGETHER. NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND. IF 5 MILES IS TOO MUCH, FEEL FREE TO SCALE BACK ON THE REPEATS.
