The Bull Run Run is a 50 mile trail run within a linear park that generally parallels the Occoquan River and the famous Bull Run in southern Fairfax County, Virginia. It traverses a forested, rolling terrain during the height of the state's spring beauty. The runs unique character includes a Civil War theme that honors the battles that occurred here over 150 years ago. A highlight of the race course are the stretches that take the runners through the largest bluebell stands on the East Coast. The 2025 race will be the 31st running of this classic event.
