Participants in the 5-mile race will receive customized finisher medals and all entrants who sign up early will be guaranteed a stylish race t-shirt. Special discount pricing is also available for youth participants aged 17 and under, making this a fantastic family-friendly event!
Race day registration and check-in will be held at Diamond Park on Main Street, starting at 7:30 AM. 2025 BUTLER ROAD RACE HIGHLIGHTS
* 5 mile participants will receive customized finisher medals for all early-bird entrants up (by June 1st).
* Discount pricing for 5M & 2K for youth 17 years of age and under.
* T-shirts guaranteed to entrants that sign up by June 1st. Many different sizes of shirts.
* Race Day registration & check in will be at Diamond Park in downtown Butler Main Street
2K (RUN OR WALK)
Early bird: Now-May 24; $30 (Guarantees t-shirt)
Regular: May 25-June 20; $35
Day-of: $35, cash or check only
5 MILE (MUST RUN; CUTOFF TIME IS 10:30 AM )
Early bird: Now-May 24; $40 (Guarantees t-shirt)

RACE INFORMATION
We will have water stations along the course but we encourage you to bring your own water to ensure you stay extra hydrated. Please note that the roads along the course will be closed and patrolled by local CB Rangers and City Police. If there is an emergency, call 9-1-1.
PACKET PICK-UP WILL BE IN THE BUTLER Y LOBBY ON FRIDAY, JUNE 27TH. If youre unable to pick up your packet at that time, day-of packet pick-up will be available during check-in. ALL PACKETS REMAINING AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT WILL BE DONATED. Packets will not be stored for pick-up at a later date.
DAY-OF REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 7:30AM9AM IN DIAMOND PARK. CASH OR CHECK ONLY!
100% OF THE PROCEEDS STAY LOCAL! The Annual Support Campaign funds programs and services for children, families, and seniors in Butler County to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income, and background, can learn, grow, and thrive.
If events are canceled for any reason, no refunds will be offered, and no rain date is scheduled. No deferrals or transfers are offered.
