Get ready for an exciting day of fitness and community spirit at the Can't Sit Still Run/Walk on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Presto, Allegheny! This vibrant event, hosted by the PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance Inc., promises a fantastic opportunity for participants of all ages to engage in healthy activities while supporting a great cause. The race will take place on the scenic Panhandle Trail, with registration beginning at 8 AM. Runners can lace up their shoes for a challenging 5K starting at 9 AM, followed by a fun 1-mile walk/run at 9:10 AM.

Participants will have the chance to compete for awards in various categories, including overall male and female winners, as well as first place finishers across multiple age groups from under 14 to 70+.
