By participating, you’ll not only be challenging yourself but also supporting a noble cause, as all proceeds benefit WarriorWOD, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans heal from the physical and invisible wounds of war through exercise, nutrition, and mentorship. Additionally, in honor of Veteran Heroes lost to suicide, photos will be provided for runners to wear during the event. Join us for a memorable day of giving back, community spirit, and a fantastic 5K experience!

Capstone Cares 5K is a certified, easy-to-navigate race through beautiful Cummings Research Park. The course begins and ends at Capstone Research Corporation [https://www.capstoneresearchcorp.com/]'s headquarters, creating a fun and welcoming hub for participants and spectators alike. After crossing the finish line, stick around to enjoy food trucks, activities, and fun. All fitness levels welcome, walk, run, or push a stroller!
All proceeds from the race benefit WarriorWOD [https://warriorwod.org/], a national nonprofit dedicated to healing the physical and invisible wounds of war for Veterans through a research-backed, results-driven recovery program focused on exercise, nutrition, and mentorship.
