The scenic 5K course features an out-and-back route around Chadick Park, perfect for runners of all ages. The 5K race begins and ends near 2nd & Choctaw in McAlester, OK. The course is an out/loop/back that goes around Chadick Park. The 1 Mile Fun Run will start at 9 a.m. and the 5K run will begin at 9:30 a.m. All participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero or invent a new one! Participant shirts and finisher medals will be provided on race day. Custom awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each age group. CLOSEDKids must be at least 6 years and older to participate in the 5K run. This is a chip-timed run and participants will line up according to finish times. Fastest runners will be at the front with walkers at the back. Finishers will receive a CASA Superhero medal, and snacks will be provided after the run. Register by October 10th for a t-shirt! -
