Participants can choose to run, walk, or ruck in an untimed format for up to 6 hours, honoring each fallen hero mile by mile. Each mile is dedicated to an individual service member, with their name, rank, and date of loss read aloud, creating a powerful moment of remembrance.
Whether you're an experienced runner or just looking for a meaningful way to pay your respects, this event welcomes all ages and fitness levels. This is not a racethere are no chips, no clocks, and no pressure. PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE FOR A SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TIME. Whether you move 1 mile or all 6 hours, your presence honors a fallen hero. Each mile is dedicated to an individual service member. Their name, rank, and date of loss are called in tribute, followed by a moment of remembrance before the run continues. ceremonial salute.

Core Runners help carry memorial flags throughout the entire event and participate in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Please contact the race director if you are interested in serving as a Core Runner.
Proceeds support Honor and Remembers mission, including the presentation of personalized Honor and Remember Flags to Gold Star families in Colorado.
Lets unite in remembrance and gratitudeso no hero is ever forgotten.
