Participants can choose from a thrilling sprint distance that includes a 2-mile run, 10-mile bike ride, and another 2-mile run. Young athletes aged 7-10 can join in the fun with a youth race consisting of a 0.5-mile run, 2-mile bike ride, and a final 0.5-mile run, while those aged 11-15 will tackle a similar course with a 1-mile run.
