Join us for the CoopStrong 4-Miler, a heartwarming event taking place on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, in Greenville, Pitt. This inspiring race offers participants a choice between a 4-mile run, a 4-mile ruck, or a 1-mile fun run/walk, all dedicated to honoring the memory of Nelson Cooper. The event not only promotes fitness and community spirit but also supports vital causes, including ALS research, local families affected by ALS, and scholarships for East Carolina University students.
Runners and walkers of all ages are encouraged to participate, with race day festivities kicking off at 9:00 am at Fleet Feet Greenville. Make sure to register by March 12th, 2024, to guarantee your exclusive CoopStrong Race T-shirt! For those who miss the early registration deadline, a limited number of shirts will be available. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet on March 28th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, or starting at 7:30 am on race day. Come out, make a difference, and enjoy a day filled with camaraderie and purpose!

The CoopStrong Four Miler includes a 4 mile run, 4 mile Ruck, or 1 mile fun run/walk to honor the memory of Nelson Cooper. CoopStrong is a Charitable Fund that supports ALS research, local families living with ALS, and ECU scholarships. Join us on March 29th at 9:00 am at Fleet Feet Greenville!
CoopStrong Race T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants registered by March 12th, 2024. A limited quantity of shirts will be available for participants who register after March 12th.
Packet pick up will be on March 28th from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Fleet Feet in Greenville, NC. On Saturday, packets may be picked up beginning at 7:30am.
CoopStrong Race T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants registered by March 12th, 2024. A limited quantity of shirts will be available for participants who register after March 12th.

This is a 4 mile untimed Ruck. Participants will not receive a timing chip and will not be listed in results. Digital clock at finish line will display unofficial times. Rucks can be weighed and certified before the race. Official weights are 30lb if over 150 or 20lb if under. CoopStrong Ruck Patches will be guaranteed to the first 200 registered ruckers. -
1-Mile Fun Run (Untimed)
