CORNING INCORPORATED WINEGLASS 8K
The 17th Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K kicks off the Wineglass Race Series Challenge. It is held on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, May 23, 2026, a perfect way to start the summer.
This flat 4.97-mile course starts and finishes on the CorningPainted Post High School track and features a 2-hour course time limit.
The 8K is also the first race in both the Riesling and Pinot Challenges.
A virtual option is available for the 8K only, allowing participants to complete the race in person or virtually while still taking part in the Challenges.

To introduce area youth to the joys and benefits of physical fitness, the Wineglass Race Series is proud to host the Wineglass Kids Run. Its a great chance to meet other kids who share an interest in running and a super way to have fun, stay fit & healthy, and kick off summer. The Wineglass Kids Run is a series of mini-races ranging in distance from 50 meters to 800 meters (half a mile). The Wineglass Kids Run is open to children between 3 and 8 years of age. All participants will receive: A race t-shirt A special prize A snack and a drink
