The 17th Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K is the first event in the Wineglass Race Series Challenge. The Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K is traditionally held the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend (May 23, 2026). A great way to kick off the summer. The Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K is the first race in the Riesling and Pinot Challenges. The 8K (4.97) is a flat course that starts and finishes on the Corning-Painted Post High School Track. There is a 2 hour course time limit.
The Corning Incorporated Wineglass 8K offers a virtual option if you want to challenge yourself and take on one of the Challenges you can participate either in-person or virtually (for ONLY the 8K).
The Wineglass Kids Run presented by Guthrie & Dick's Sporting Goods is a series of mini-races ranging in distance from 50 meters to 800 meters (half a mile). The Wineglass Kids Run is open to children between 3 and 8 years of age.
