Join in on the 10th anniversary of the Coshocton Turkey Trot 5k Run/Walk on Thursday, November 28th, 2024 in Coshocton. This Thanksgiving morning event is the perfect opportunity to get some exercise in before indulging in a delicious holiday meal. The scenic course around Lake Park is sure to inspire you to push yourself to new limits. Prizes will be awarded to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top three in each age group from 12 and under to 70+. Registration is $25 before November 22nd, with late registration available for $30. Make sure to register by October 1st to guarantee yourself a race hoodie. Don't miss out on this fun and festive event celebrating a decade of running together as a community!
Organiser's Description
Come out on Thanksgiving morning and enjoy a 5k with running family before you visit and eat lunch/dinner with your biological family. A great course around Lake Park will help you shed some pounds before the big meal! Overall winners, Male & Female will be recognized, as well as the top 3 in each age group from 12 and under up to 70+. Registration is $25 Pre-registration and $30 after November 22nd.
* Pre-Race Packet Pickup is encouraged. Please pick up your packet and bib on: Tuesday November 26th from 5-7pm at New Life Ministries 727 S. 7th Street Coshocton, OH 43812
* Out-of-town participants or those who cannot make it to pre-race packet pickup can pick up their bibs at Lake Park race day morning or send a representative to Packet Pickup to pick up for you.
* DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR EVENT HOODIE THIS YEAR, YOU MUST REGISTER BY OCTOBER 1ST TO BE GUARANTEED THAT YOU RECEIVE A RACE HOODIE. WE WILL ORDER ADDITIONAL BUT THEY WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASED ON SIZE.
ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22ND in order to allow our timer to prepare bibs for packet pickup. After Nov 22nd, LATE REGISTRATION FOR $30 WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE AT PACKET PICKUP OR ON RACE DAY MORNING.
