Whether you choose to run, walk, or crawl, be sure to don your favorite costume as you navigate the scenic trails of the Van Scott Nature Reserve.
Registration opens from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, with the event kicking off at 10 AM. Participants can enjoy a fun-filled day featuring a costume contest with categories for Funniest, Cutest, Most Creative, and more! The first 50 registrants will receive exclusive t-shirts and medals, so don’t miss out on securing your size by registering before September 15, 2026. In addition to the 5K, there will be a Meditation Walk/Story Walk and various activities like a nature scavenger hunt, crafts, and light refreshments. Join the RAISE Your Hearts community and let’s race our hearts out together!

Participate in person or virtually - run, walk, or crawl DO IT IN COSTUME! THIS ALL-LEVELS EVENT IS ABOUT MOVING WITH PURPOSE, NOT PERFECTION!
DAY OF REGISTRATION: 8:30-9:30 AM
START TIME: 10 am at the Van Scott Nature Reserve (VSNR) - Delaware Highlands Conservancy.

All registered participants in the 5K Trail Run/Walk or the Meditation Walk/Story Walk are eligible to win medals for:
