Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at CSDR's 6th Annual Cub 5k Run/Walk on Friday, March 20, 2026, in Riverside! This vibrant community event is the perfect way to kick off your spring break while challenging yourself to a 5k run or walk. Families, community members, and non-CSDR students aged 13 and older are invited to participate for just a $10 race sign-up fee, with CSDR staff, students, and volunteers joining in for free.
Not only will you enjoy a refreshing day of physical activity, but you'll also be supporting a great cause! Proceeds from the event will primarily fund new physical education equipment, with a portion going towards play equipment for elementary and middle school recess. After crossing the finish line, participants can look forward to post-race activities in the Cave Gym from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, complete with snacks and drinks at the Pool Pavilion. Gather your friends, family, and co-workers to make unforgettable memories while promoting health and wellness in the community!

_SPRING BREAK IS AROUND THE CORNER! START OFF YOUR FUN BREAK BY CHALLENGING YOURSELF TO DO THE CUB 5K RUN/WALK! _
Community members, families, and non-CSDR students ages 13+ will register and pay the $10 race sign-up fee. CSDR staff, students, and volunteers are free and do NOT need to register. All are encouraged to donate to help support our PE Department. 85% of the proceeds will go towards the purchase of new PE equipment, and 15% of the proceeds will go toward play equipment for elementary and middle school school recess.

FOR FAMILIES OF CSDR STUDENTS;
1. REGISTER TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. CLICK ON THE SIGN UP BUTTON.
2. FEELING GENEROUS? MAKE A DONATION TO THE CSDR PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT. CLICK ON THE "DONATE" BUTTON AT THE TOP RIGHT OF THIS SCREEN.
3. RUN/WALK THE DISTANCE WITH YOUR FAMILY/CO-WORKERS/CLASSMATES ON THE CSDR CAMPUS.

OPENS 11 FEBFor the 3.1 mile run/walk, participants will run/walk on the marked route around the perimeter of the campus 2x. There will also be a 1-mile marked route specifically for the younger or those with mobility challenges.
