EVERY STEP, A MOVE OF HOPE! CURES FOR THE COLORS GLOW RUN SUPPORTING THOSE BATTLING CANCER.
The 2025 Cures for the Colors Glow Run will be held on November 15, 2025. There will be a timed and untimed 5K option, as well as an untimed 1-mile fun run and a virtual event option for people that can't make it the day of the race. The 1- mile fun run starts at 5:30pm and the 5K starts at 6:15pm. Registration will open the afternoon of the race at 4:15pm.
5K registration costs $30 until 10/10 then $35; participants 18 & under costs $25 until 10/10 then $30. 1-Mile fun run registration is $20 until 10/10 then $25. Virtual 5K registration is $25.
To guarantee a t-shirt, you must register by 10/10/25.
All proceeds will be used to give people battling cancer in Eastern North Carolina a little extra help today while they fight for their tomorrow.
The top 3 female finishers, the top 3 male finishers, and the top 3 finishers under 18 will receive a race metal. The awards ceremony will be held after all participants have completed the race.
Virtual participants will run at a course of your choosing, including on a treadmill. Virtual participants can run (or walk) anytime anywhere on November 15, 2025. The virtual run will not be officially timed, but by using the RaceJoy app, you can receive a GPS-based time which will automatically submit your time for you. There will be an online leaderboard showing everyone's times. Virtual participates will receive a certificate and event t-shirt.
