This annual road race, now in its 16th year, is a fantastic opportunity to promote cardiovascular health while supporting the school’s social and educational programs. With a vibrant community atmosphere, the event welcomes participants of all ages, whether you're running the race or joining as a phantom runner.
Race day kicks off bright and early with registration from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM, followed by the thrilling 5K starting at 8:00 AM. Don’t miss out on the chance to earn coveted CV Day Passes for students and enjoy the awards ceremony at 9:00 AM. With a beautiful forecast and plenty of parking available at Peachtree Middle School and nearby locations, it’s the perfect day for families and friends to come together in celebration of wellness and community spirit. Race Day Registration will be available for $40 dollars via QR code from 7:00 am to 7:45 am. Credit card or debit card only. No cash or check will be accepted. (No t-shirt is guaranteed for race day registration)
The annual Peachtree CV Classic 5K road race will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Peachtree Middle School. In addition to fundraising, Peachtree Middle School seeks to raise awareness of and promote cardiovascular (CV) health and well-being of our students, faculty, and community through the CV Classic 5K. This year marks the 16th Anniversary of the Peachtree CV Classic tradition of promoting Whole Student Wellness!
Proceeds from this years CV Classic will support the Peachtree Middle Schools social and educational programs.
For Peachtree Middle School students, the coveted CV Day Pass is available this year! The CV Pass allows students to exempt a single CV Day in PE. All Peachtree students will earn a CV Day pass for registering for the race. They can earn an additional CV Day Pass when they complete the race for a total of 2 CV Day Passes. Family Sponsorships will earn another CV Day pass. Register the middle school runner as the participant under the "Family Sponsorship w/ 5k Participant" option and they will automatically receive 2 CV Day passes at registration and earn a third pass at the finish line.
*If you are interested in supporting the CV Classic, but not interested in running, you can sign up as a Phantom Runner.
Awards categories: Top male and female overall. Top master's male and female overall.
Age groups: Top 3 M/F in each of the following. 10 and under, 11-14,15-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60 and over.
