This year, for the first time, the Dash is 100% donation-based, meaning there’s no registration fee, and every contribution directly supports DESSH programs, education, and research. Gather your friends and family, wear your #DASH4DESSH 2026 t-shirt, and participate from anywhere you feel comfortable—be it a local park, beach, or even your living room! Don’t forget to share your journey on social media using the official hashtag to help spread the word. Let’s come together to make a difference in the lives of those in the DESSH community while having a blast!

TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF THOSE AFFECTED BY DESANTO-SHINAWI SYNDROME (DESSH).
Join supporters from around the world as we raise critical funding for DESSH programs, education, research, resources, and therapies. The Dash is athletic-optional and focused on fundraising, awareness, and fun.
Run, walk, roll, or participate in whatever way works best for you. Whether you choose a 5K, a mile, or simply a stroll around your neighborhood, every step helps raise awareness and support for the DESSH community.
Participate wherever you'd like, from a local park, neighborhood street, beach, trail, treadmill, or anywhere else. Join on your own, gather with friends and family, or create a team. Start whenever it's convenient for you between NOVEMBER 7 AND NOVEMBER 15, 2026.
