Participants can choose between the Minnow Race, which includes a 1/4 mile kayak, a 2-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run, or the Shark Race, which ramps up the challenge with a 1/2 mile kayak, an 8-mile bike ride, and a 2.5-mile run.
