Olympic, super sprint, sprint, duathlon, in one of the clearest lakes in Oklahoma, A clockwise swim on a triangle swim course, a short jog to asphalt transition, Bike will be on very good roads across the Dam out and back on a fast flat course partly tree shaded. Run is out and back partly shaded to the end of spillway and back. lots of parking on asphalt right at transition.
