Then, on Sunday, May 17, join us for the Cycling Community Day, where you can embark on a scenic 20-mile community ride. After the ride, participate in discussions about bike fit and performance, and take advantage of a casual gear swap meet. Both days are free to attend, so come out, have fun, and meet fellow enthusiasts in the community!

Saturday, May 16 Run Community Day
Start your morning with coffee and donuts before heading out for a community run with the Tangi running club. A 5K route will be available, with options to add extra loops. After the run, stick around for a short talk on running performance and injury, connect with local organizations, and enjoy lunch provided on-site.
