The club founder, Shanell @sweatwithshanell wants nothing for her birthday but to move her body and connect with others whilst doing so.
The Concept
Were taking on a 3 mile route, with a twist. Every half mile, runners will hit a 30-second challenge led by our plush pacers.
Expect a mix of:
Short sprints
Bodyweight exercises
Silly surprises
And maybe a few birthday-themed twists
No pressure, no strict rules modify as needed or skip a challenge if youd like. This is about having fun together in honor of a milestone birthday.
Pace Groups
All paces are welcome! Our plush pacers will guide different pace groups so everyone has a great experience. Whether youre cruising, jogging, or mixing in walks, youll have a crew.
