Members-Only Event: Fuel For Your Best Running
Let's get together on February 29th and learn about running nutrition.
Learn how to fuel your running with smart nutrition at the next Smart Running Series event. Sports Dietician, Maria Herr, will walk us through how nutrition can have an impact on your running performance and offer guidelines for optimal nutrition for runners. You'll learn about optimal daily nutrition for runners including meals and snacks, and the best way to fuel before/during/after a race or long training run. Maria will also cover best practices for hydration, how to avoid GI distress, and sweat/salt loss considerations. Take home a sample energy gel or chew to try out on your next run, compliments of Luke's Locker.
