Organiser's Description
Run as one or gather up a team of battle buddies to come with you! The DK5K is a 5K obstacle course run happening to raise awareness about veteran suicide. Plan on uneven terrain, water, mud, hills, and various obstacles. Obstacles may be team oriented to promote asking for help and looking out for each other. Funds raised support our transitional housing project: Belay My Last Barracks, the Staff Sergeant Drew Kostic Veterans' scholarship, and everyday needs we address on an ongoing basis for our local veterans.
