THE COURSE IS A CHALLENGING LOOP (1 LOOP FOR 5K & 2 LOOPS FOR 10K) ACROSS VARIED TERRAIN. MOST OF THE COURSE IS ON A SINGLE-PATH PACKED TRAIL, BUT YOU WILL ALSO RUN ON GRASS AND SOME PAVEMENT.
