Join the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club for the exciting Ryan's Run (Superhero) 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk event on Sunday, October 20, 2024, in Pawling, Dutchess. Put on your superhero gear and get ready to hit the pavement for a good cause - all proceeds will be donated to the Ryan McElroy Children's Cancer Foundation. Registration fees are $20 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 Mile if you sign up before October 13, 2024. Race day registration is also available for $25 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile. Finisher medals are guaranteed for those who register early. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female runners, as well as 1st place in each age group.
