The Elf Run will start at the new Civic Center located at 838 Telford, Kermit, TX 79745, with packet pick-up available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day of the event. Dogs are welcome to join in on the fun, provided they are leashed and up to date on vaccinations.
