Participants can choose from a variety of exciting race distances: a 5-mile run on a USATF certified course that winds around the stunning Lake Massapoag, a 2.5-mile walk for those who prefer a leisurely pace, as well as free kids' runs featuring a 1.2-mile chip-timed race and a fun 0.1-mile dash.

Organiser's Description
In honor and in memory of Emma Greenspan, please join us for the 5th annual Emma's Run. Emma was a kind and empathetic child who loved to play outside, appreciated nature, and loved running. Children can participate in the FREE kid's runs; a 1.2-mile chip timed run or a 0.1-mile dash. For adults, there is a 5-mile run on a USATF certified course around beautiful Lake Massapoag or a 2.5-mile walk. Additionally, there will be face painting, bubbles, a nature crafts table, a DJ, food, and lots of fun. The first 800 registrants, including children, will receive an Emma's Run t-shirt. All funds go directly to the Emma Greenspan Foundation. We look forward to seeing you on May 3rd
